If applicant name is a business, we need proof that person signing application is an employee/authorized agent. Info on billing:
Bills are generated the last business day of the month and are due by the 10th of every month. If payment has not been recieved by the 10th of the month a late fee will be assessed as of the 11th of the month.
Payments may be submitted online by clicking here or by calling our payment line directly at (228) 265 - 9377 seven days a week, 24 hours a day. We accept Visa & Mastercard, Discover & AMEX for an additional fee.
Payments are posted to your account on business days at 8:00 AM, 1:00 PM & 5:00 PM CST. Payments made over the weekend or holidays will be posted to your account the next business day.
You will need the following information to pay your bill online or by phone:
Full 8 digit Riverbend Utilities account number, including all leading zeros, which can be found on your bill Your billing zip codeYour 16 digit Visa or Mastercard account numberYour TWO DIGIT credit card expiration monthYour TWO DIGIT credit card expiration yearYour 3 digit security code, found on the back of your credit cardThe zip code where your credit card statement is mailed Other Payment Options:Payments can be made in person at our office during business hours.
